This has been a wonderful unit for us! We bought it used and have had it for four years. It is easy to pull and I can set it up by myself (72 yo female!)
I have taken it multiple times to the Upper Penninsula and it's just perfect. It has one slide out and a power awning. We recently purchased another Roo that is just a tad bigger. Full disclosure- there has been some water leakage in heavy downpours at the front bunk area. My husband has made some repairs to diminish this.
