If you're looking for VALUE, look no further! This wonderful little "condominium on wheels" will provide years of fun and adventures in comfort. You'd have to spend five to eight times as much to get the same features on a more recent model. This rig has taken us from the West Coast to the East Coast, and back again, twice. We have very carefully maintained it since we bought it. Some of the new features we have invested in include: New charge controller; New roof covering; All-new plumbing fixtures (including the toilet); a King One searchable antenna for Directv or other satellite providers; 2023 tires with about 8,000 miles; Brand new batteries; a new motor for the hydraulic slide system; and many others. It has 50 amps of power so you can run the A/C, the microwave and a hair dryer all at the same time. The A/C, heater, and all appliances are in good working order. There are capacities for 66 gallons of fresh water, a 40-gallon black tank, and two 40-gallon gray tanks (Galley, and Bathroom). The Cargo Capacity of 3139 lbs. is very high for the RV industry. It is 31 feet long with two slide-outs, Livingroom and Bedroom. You will need a fifth wheel hitch, and a truck with adequate towing capability. We used a Ford F-250 for most of our trips. We've had a wonderful time with this rig. We are only selling it because we upgraded to a 41-foot fifth wheel in 2025.
