This pull-behind is clean and bright, smells good, and has no leaks. AC works great, appliances too. Gas-powered stove. Slide-out adds a couple feet to the main living space making it considerably roomier. Sleeps 4 comfortably; best fits a full mattress but queen fits too (that's what we used!), and the couch pulls out to make a bed. Awning has been removed but a new one could be reinstalled by buyer, if so desired. Has had one prior owner but it's spent most of its life stationary. Husband and I bought it to live in for a few months while finishing a house. It's been freshly pressure-washed on the outside and is all dolled up for a new home!
