Condition
This Casita has been well cared for and kept in great shape for its age. Everything functions as it should. The fiberglass shell is solid, the interior is clean, and all systems are operational. I am the 2nd owner. I removed the Casita stickers on the outside when I had it polished and detailed last year. I do have replacement stickers that I will include in the sale if you want them.
