a 38 foot Jayco fifth wheel it has Been fully remodeled and updated, it has a complete new roof including wood, and a new rubber membrane roof, the outside has all new graphics and Been buffed and waxed, it has brand new aluminum rims and tires on, new brakes they only have one mile on them from my house to the storage lot. All exterior lighting has been replaced with LED, The roof was leaking when it was in storage it got the carpet wet and destroyed the cabinets in the back of the trailer the original cabinets were made out of particle board and contact paper, the ones that are in it now are hardwood expensive oak cabinets the carpeting has all been replaced and I’ve replaced a lot of the floor with a hardwood floor well actually vinyl floor just looks like a hardwood floor. It has three slide outs two in the living room dining room area and one in the bedroom, it has a brand new power awning, updated electronics and two brand new TVs with built in DVD players, and DIRECTV automatic satellite system actually there is so much new stuff that it’s hard to put it all into an ad the best thing to do you see the trailer in person. The last picture shows the camper completely enclosed with a storage cover. that cover was ruined during a windstorm but I have a brand new one at my house still in the box. The cover alone was over $800 and the new one will be included.

I’ve checked the prices of new jayco trailers this same size and you’re talking 70 to $85,000 so I think at $15,000 it is quite affordable for having a hotel on wheels trailer is valued at $28,000 because when the insurance company came out and looked at it after the remodeling that is the value they put on it. willing to entertain offers. The price of the trailer can be lowered even more if you don’t want the TV,S which are brand new and the satellite system

this trailer has spent almost its whole life setting in a campground except for two trips down to Pigeon Forge TN

Additional accessories that I can think of in the camper

Hot water tank works on propane or electric,Refrigerator works on propane or electric, Everything on this is12 Volts including TV, except AC, AC works on 120 Volts,And the microwave ,. Camper is wired and Plumb to accept washer and dryer,All the lighting has been updated to LED , even has LED light around Roof vents Remote control of course so you can control brightness and pattern , Roof vent in Living room has a magic fan which is remote control for temperature and speed, opens up automatically And will close When it senses rain At the temperature and speed you set. TV antenna has been updated to digital and it has a DIRECTV automatically finds the satellite system I’ve never used it still brand new , New stereo system above the TV in the living room, AM FM CD And can play Thumb drives camper has speakers in living room and front bedroom,Slide outs have all new Seals, I don’t have any pictures of it but the Awning is brand new and power,Has two TVs one for the Living room one for the bedroom All TV’s have Built in DVD players,Outside windows have pull down awnings

I’m selling the trailer because of a divorce and have not used it the grandkids don’t seem to be as interested in camping as they used to, trailer has been covered and in storage sense 2020

this year the AC gave out it had a good run but rather than fix an old unit a brand new one is $1000 and I’ve knocked off $4000 of what I was asking for the trailer, very easy to change 4 bolts from the roof ,bolt the new one on the new one even has a remote control for operation instead of a wall mounted thermostat
